Last week marked an exciting milestone at Fable as we welcomed 30 buyers for their pre-settlement inspections in Stage 1. With completion fast approaching, this was an important opportunity for buyers to walk through their homes, take in the final details, and prepare for the journey ahead.

This follows an exceptionally strong valuation program earlier in the year, with significant uplift seen across the project. Now, as the final touches come together, we look forward to welcoming residents and seeing the Fable community take shape.
